Last updated: January 15, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using strlaw.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Kathryn Johnson PLLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by purchasing, downloading, or accessing any products or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Educational Purpose Only

All content, templates, downloads, courses, guides, and materials available on the Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are self-help resources and do not constitute legal advice.

Your use of the Site or its materials does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal services are provided only through a separate written engagement with Kathryn Johnson PLLC.

Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold on the Site are digital products delivered electronically. Access to a digital product constitutes delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring you can access and download purchased materials. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, browser, software, or internet service.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once access to a digital product has been delivered, except where required by law.

License to Use Materials

When you purchase or download materials from the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials solely for your own personal or internal business use.

This license does not permit use by influencers, educators, coaches, consultants, course creators, membership operators, masterminds, brokerages, property management companies, or similar businesses for distribution to third parties.

You may not share, sell, sublicense, assign, or transfer the materials; provide the materials to clients, students, members, or course participants; upload the materials to courses, memberships, portals, shared drives, or group platforms; bundle the materials with coaching programs, courses, toolkits, or educational products; use the materials as teaching materials, bonuses, downloads, or examples in any paid or free program; create derivative works for resale or distribution; or use the materials as part of a competing product or service.

If you wish to license materials for educational, group, or commercial distribution, you must obtain prior written permission from Kathryn Johnson PLLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Commercial and Educational Licensing

The templates, documents, and materials available on the Site are designed for individual short-term rental owners and businesses to use for their own internal operations only.

If you are an educator, coach, consultant, influencer, course creator, membership operator, brokerage, property management company, or similar business and wish to use the materials in connection with clients, students, members, group programs, courses, or multiple entities, a separate commercial license is required.

Commercial licenses are not automatic and are granted only by written agreement with Kathryn Johnson PLLC. Pricing and scope vary depending on intended use.

To inquire about commercial or educational licensing, please contact admin@strlaw.com and include your business name, a brief description of intended use, and the estimated number of users or recipients.

Use of Site materials without an appropriate license constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access and legal enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including templates, text, graphics, logos, designs, and downloads, is owned by Kathryn Johnson PLLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase or access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe our intellectual property rights, interfere with or disrupt the Site or its systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or scrape, copy, or data-mine Site content.

No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site or content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or applicable to your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathryn Johnson PLLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its products, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kathryn Johnson PLLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse or unauthorized distribution of materials.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for claims involving intellectual property misuse or unauthorized distribution.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action. YOU AND KATHRYN JOHNSON PLLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Michigan by a nationally recognized arbitration provider. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless otherwise required by law.

If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing any digital product from the Site, you agree that access to digital content constitutes delivery.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals for delivered digital products, except in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access to purchased materials without notice, recover any fees, costs, or penalties incurred due to the chargeback, and submit these Terms, delivery confirmation, access logs, and related records to the payment processor as evidence of valid delivery.

Please contact admin@strlaw.com before initiating any payment dispute.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and do not endorse them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or materials at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
